Former Police Officer Felix Constance is dead. Constance, who hails from the community of Scottshead, retired from the police force after serving for over 25 years.
He also operated a small bar in the community.
An outspoken individual, Constance was regarded as a diligent and committed police officer, but because of his straightforwardness, he was never promoted and eventually opted for early retirement.
Nature Isle News (NIN) can confirm that he had been suffering from a medical condition and complained of feeling unwell on May 11, 2025.
He was taken to the Dominica China Friendship Hospital (DCFH), where he died.
