Dominica’s murder toll moves up to 12 after recording its second in less than one week. Last week a male individual was shot and killed while another is at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital (DCFH) nursing serious gunshot wounds inflicted by a police officer.
Nature Isle News (NIN) can confirm that Allen Pacquette of Mahaut was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred last night (July 12, 2022) near the old Public Works Building in Fond Cole.
