9mm Ammunition

Mitchel from the village of Bellevue was slapped with a summary charge of importation of 150 rounds of 9mm ammunition with him not being the holder of a firearms import licence. He elected to have a summary trial in the Magistrate’s Court.

The facts of the matter will be read on Friday, February 11, 2022, before Magistrate Gloria Augustus and sentencing will follow thereafter.

The police also charged him with “trafficking of 150 rounds of 9mm ammunition” which is an indictable offence to be heard before a judge and jury.
