Leon “Erie” Toussaint from Pointe Michel has been captured by the police and is under police guard seeking medical attention at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.
Nature Isle News (NIN) can confirm that Toussaint who is wanted by authorities on the French Island of Guadeloupe was on the run in Dominica for some time and has been evading the police.
Toussaint was also wanted by the authorities in Dominica for escaping from the Stock Farm Prison.
The vehicle he was driving was shot several times TP296 by the police and he then tried to escape after being struck but was apprehended. Find the attached videos of police shooting at Toussaint as he tries to escape.
