The police in Dominica have formerly arrested and charged Lenly Stephen of Kings Hill for the murder of Ned James Ettinoffe at the same address on January 14, 2023.
Stephen, who is represented by attorney at law Joshua Francis from the Law Firm of HAJ law Chambers will appear in court later today where the charge will be read to him.
He will not be able to enter a plea as murder is an indictable offense to be tried by a Judge and jury at the high court.
