During this term as President of the League, he successfully ran again for office on the board of directors of the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions in 1992 and served as Secretary of the Confederation from 1996 to 2001. 1999: In 1999, he resumed the leadership position of President of the Dominica Cooperative Society League.
