Former school teacher Cyrilla Anselm has received her doctorate in Education Leadership from the University of the West Indies (UWI).
According to a release from the UWI Open Campus Dominica, Cyrilla Anselm pursued the Doctor of Educational Leadership (Higher Education). Dr. Anselm has been a lifelong educator and she retired from her post as a Senior Teacher at Roseau Primary School in December 2022.
Her thesis was titled: “Factors influencing freshman attrition at an off-shore medical school in Dominica.”
