A high-pressure system is the dominant feature across the area resulting in breezy conditions. Occasional cloudy spells with a few showers can be expected across the interior and eastern sections of the island, mainly during the late night to early morning periods.
Moderate seas are anticipated during the next 24 hours with waves peaking to 7.0ft in eastern coastal waters. Small craft operators and sea-bathers should continue to exercise some caution.
Please note that a greater degree of cloudiness, more frequent rainfall, and higher rainfall amounts are normally experienced across the east coast and interior of Dominica.
