Elevated moisture and weak low-level instability are expected to maintain some cloudiness with occasional showers, over the central portion of the island chain, including Dominica during the next 24 hours.
Moderate seas are anticipated during the next 24 hours, with waves peaking to 8.0ft, along the eastern coastline. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect for above normal seas on the eastern coast. Small-craft operators should exercise caution. Sea-bathers should stay away from the water.
