The Divers won the toss and batted first and made 143-1 in their 10 overs with Alick Athanaze getting 52 and Leniko Boucher 66 not out. Other contributions came from Darron Nedd also got 19 not out.

Needing to score for victory, 144 the Warriors who are the defending champions, found the going tough and were restricted to 108-7.
Mervin Matthew got 29, and Alvinson Jolly was 29 not out.
