Face-to-face learning is the first and foremost approach to learning considered by educators for imparting knowledge. It has certain advantages which make it unique:
- In-Person Learning: allows faculty and students to interact and build a rapport
- Social Skills: encourages social interaction and inculcates a social acceptance
- Values and Discipline: ensures moral development of learners
- Competition: encourages a higher level of competitiveness among students
- Extra-curricular activities: offers some school experiences students would not gain in any other place
Dominica State College looks forward to resuming face-face-learning this week and thanks students and other stakeholders for their patience and continued support during their renovation period.
