Dublanc down WE United

Central Cooperative Credit Union LTD Dublanc FC notched up another victory on Wednesday evening when the action continued in the 2020 Dominica Football Association’s Division One League.

In one of two matches played, Dublanc FC got the better of WE United FC by three goals to one at the Almond Park in Dublanc in a Group 2 affair.

Felix Anselm found the back of the net twice while there was one goal for Akil Langlais. Kenson Cuffy was the lone striker on target for WE United FC.

In the evening’s second encounter, in Group 1, contested at the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth, Exodus FC and All Saints FC played to a two-all draw.

Delbert Dailey and Rasheed Wallace scored for Exodus FC while Abdul Ifabiyi and Gideon Edet scored for All Saints FC.

When the action continues on Thursday, Harlem FC will put their unbeaten record on the line when they come up against the Police Sports Club at the Almond Park in Dublanc in Group one. On Friday, also in Group one, Kensborough United will look to put behind them the whipping they received at the hands of Denise Charles Pointe Michel FC in their last encounter when they do battle against Belfast Estate Mahaut Soca Strikers FC at the Almond Park.

Both encounters are expected to kick off from 6pm.
