Deputy Chairperson of the Dominica China Friendship Hospital(DCFH) His Excellency Eliud Williams while speaking about the one-year successes and challenges of the DCFH has confirmed that the Chief Executive Officer Dr. Dexter James is said to leave the institution.
Dr. James, a Trinidadian-born medical doctor has asked that his contract be not renewed.
