Joseph registers hattrick in a convincing win

Former under 15 national player Tyriq Joseph was in spanking form as he propelled his team to a convincing victory on Wednesday evening at the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth.

Playing in front of his home fans, Joseph was in excellent form as he found the back of the net three times as the LA Enterprises Bombers FC crushed Sagicor South East FC by six goals to nil in the only encounter played in the Dominica Football Association (DFA) Division One competition.

Joseph got good support from Davone George, Lemar Irish, and Gabriel George with one goal each.

The other scheduled encounter between Harlem United and Belfast Estate Mahaut Soca Strikers FC was called off.

When the Division One action continues this evening, Petro Caribe Pointe Michel FC will do battle against Do It Centre Mighty Avengers FC from 6 pm at the Almond Park in Dublanc. On Friday evening, in the lone scheduled encounter, Itassi FC will take on LA Stars FC at the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth. The match is expected to kick off at 6 pm.
