In what many describe as “lucky” the police say they are investigating a road traffic accident on the E.O. Leblanc Highway late this evening Picard Portsmouth.
According to police reports, vehicle TF#297 along with another vehicle collided on the high way causing major traffic conjestion.
So far no reports of death or major injuries in the matter but both vehicles have been extensively damaged.
