Phael Lander leads Dominica’s delegation to the Youth Forum on Drugs in the Bahamas

  • The National Youth Council of Dominica is proud to announce its three-member delegation that will represent the nation at the highly anticipated 2nd Caribbean Youth Forum on Drug Use Prevention. The esteemed team comprises Phael Lander, President of the National Youth Council and youth leader of the delegation, along with Kyanna Dyer and Asaiah Yankey, two outstanding youth participants.
  • The forum will take place from July 28th to August 4th in the Bahamas, serving as a platform for collaboration, innovation, and youth-led initiatives to combat drug abuse in the Caribbean region.
    As the President of the National Youth Council, Phael Lander has been at the forefront of
    advocating for the rights and well-being of the youth in Dominica. His passion, dedication,
    and strong leadership skills have earned him the esteemed role of the youth leader of the
    delegation. Phael Lander’s expertise and insights will undoubtedly contribute significantly to
