The Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force (CDPF) is investigating the death of Raymond Albert (50 + years) who fell from a Breadfruit Tree in Layou Park at 6 pm on Sunday 9 August 2020.
According to information from the police, the body was discovered by a farmer working nearby who left to investigate when he heard branches breaking from the tree.
He found the damaged body partially submerged in the soil under the tree. The body was transported to the Dominica China Friendship Hospital where it was medically examined and pronounced dead officially. The remains are at Gentle Rest Funeral Home pending a Post Mortem Examination.
