Belfast Estate Mahaut Soca Strikers FC has notched up their third win in the 2020 Dominica Football Association (DFA) Division One League.
In a Group One fixture at the Almond Park in Dublanc on Thursday, Soca Strikers FC maintained their unbeaten record when they defeated All Saints FC by three goals to nil. Lejuan Leslie found the back of the net twice for the winners while the other goal was scored by Mahiel John.
Ugo Lewis converted the lone goal for All Saints FC. The win pushed Soca Strikers FC to 10 points and currently sits in 4th position. All Saints FC has dropped to the 6th spot.
On Friday evening, in a Group 2 encounter at the Almond Park, RC Doctors will go in search of their 4th win of the season when they do battle against LA Stars FC. LA Stars FC sits in the second position with 13 from five matches. RC Doctors FC is on 9 points from five matches as well.
Meanwhile, in the Premier Division matchup this evening, Petro Caribe Pointe Michel FC will look to register their first win of the second round when they come up against Exodus FC at the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth from 6 pm. Â
Pointe Michel FC, with18 points sits in the 8th position while Exodus FC has so far secured one point form 15 matches. The St. Joseph based club has already been relegated to the Division One League for the 2020-2021 season.
