Two men and a juvenile have been arrested and charged with Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH) on Jeevan Joseph on May 5, 2023.
Elton Joseph and Jeremiah Morancie along with the juvenile were not required to enter a plea when the charge was read to them since the matter is indictable and must be tried before a Jury and jury at the High Court.
Joseph is represented by lawyer Wayne Norde and Jeremiah Morancie and the juvenile by Destiny Pascal of the law firm of HAJ Chambers.
The prosecution headed by Inspector Francis Laville did not object to bail and Magistrate Michael Laudat set bail at $20,000.00 each.
