Sir Dennis Byron writes to Opposition Leader Linton re his Electoral Reform report

Retired President of the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) Sir Dennis Byron who after the 2019 general election in Dominica was appointed as “sole commissioner” to look into “Electoral Reform” in Dominica, has written to Opposition Leader Lennox Linton on the matter.

Dominicans are scheduled to go to the polls in a “snap general election” called by Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit two years ahead of the due date and without the much-talked-about controversial issue of “electoral reform.”

In the latter, Sir Dennis has given certain commitments and time frames for the delivery of the report. See attached.
