Daily helps club secure win

Former national player Delbert Daily rolled back the years as he was in top scoring form on Wednesday evening.

In a Group One encounter at the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth, Daily led his Exodus FC to a rare victory over Do It Centre Mighty Avengers FC.

The former national defender found the back of the net on three occasions as he helped his club to secure a comfortable five goals to two victory. Dion Dinnard was also in the scoring mood as he scored the other two goals.

For Do It Centre Mighty Avengers FC Wennis Hurtault scored both goals.

In another Group One encounter scheduled for the Almond Park in Dublanc, Belfast Estate Mahaut Soca Strikers FC won by default over RIC Kensborough United who failed to show up for the encounter. Mahaut Soca Strikers FC earned three points and three clear goals.

When the action continues on Thursday at the Almond Park in Dublanc, the home club will take on RC Doctors FC. This Group 2 encounter is scheduled to kick off at 6 pm.
