Back-to-back defending champions Sagicor South East FC put their poor run of form behind them and maintained their championship aspirations as the action continued in the 2021 Dominica Football Association Premier Division League.
After failing to secure maximum points from their last two outings, the defending champions secured full points in their latest encounter on Saturday at the Stock Farm Complex. Randel Prince’s strike in the 37th minute of play was sufficient to give the defending champions victory over former champions Promex Harlem United.

On Sunday in one of two matches, Petro Caribe Pointe Michel FC collected maximum points as they defeated bottom of the table club LA Stars FC by two goals to nil at Benjamin Park. Burt Casimir and Kiwan Toussaint scored one goal each. Perry Charles was named as the player of the game.
At Stock Farm Complex, Valvoline WE United FC continued their dominance over rival club Connect 767 East Central FC. Joshua Deravarier opened the scoring for We United FC in the 9th minute of play to give his club two goals to one victory. The score was made two-nil in the 30th minute when Addison Jno Baptiste converted.
Nathan Newtown pulled one back for East Central FC when he converted in the 59th minute of play. Lenon Bannis was named as the player of the game.
On Friday, former champions and league leaders Central Cooperative Credit Union Dublanc FC maintained their lead with three goals to one win over Middle Ham United FC. Shikel St. Marie, Travist Joseph, and Felix Anselm scored one goal each.
Shane Cochrane converted the lone goal for Middle Ham United FC. Travist Joseph was adjudged as the player of the game.
In the Division One encounter, Wooty Blazers FC walked away with all three points as RC Doctors FC failed to show up for their encounter at the Almond Park in Dublanc.
