Harlem scores emphatic victory

Newcomers to the Dominica Football Association Division (DFA) One League Island Gem Ballerz FC collected their second win in as many matches when the action continued on Thursday evening.

In one of two scheduled matches of the evening, Ballerz FC inflicted four goals to one defeat on the previously unbeaten Exodus FC at the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth. The winners got one goal each from Sheldon Guiste, Patrice Jules, Alverson Seraphine, and Terkwante Woodman.

Former national player, Delbert Daily scored the lone goal for Exodus FC.

In the other scheduled encounter, Harlem United came from one goal down to whip the Soufriere-based South Dominators FC by seven goals to one. After conceding an early goal, Harlem went on a goal spree in the second half of play as national player Audel Laville found the back of the net twice. Five other players in the person of Nick Anthony, Brandel Richards, Dillon Augustine, Bijon Hill, and Yvesterson Xavier scored one goal each.

Daniel James scored the only goal for South Dominators FC.
