A tropical wave will be affecting most of the Lesser Antilles during the next 12 to 24 hours. This is expected to support cloudy skies, scattered showers, and possible thunderstorm activity across the islands during the period. People in areas prone to floods, landslides, and falling rocks should be on the alert for isolated, moderate to heavy rainfall events from this afternoon. A Flood Watch or Warning may become necessary. Occasionally, gusty winds will be maintained.
Saharan dust is forecast to increase overnight. People with respiratory sensitivities should take necessary precautions to avoid complications.
Seas are expected to be slight to moderate during the next 24 hours, with waves peaking to 3ft along the western coastline and to 5ft along the eastern coast today.
