Moisture and instability can be expected to maintain cloudiness with showers mainly across the extreme southern portion of the Lesser Antilles, during today. However, a high-pressure system is expected to be the dominant feature across Dominica during the next 24 hours resulting in a relatively dry atmosphere and occasionally breezy conditions.
Moderate seas are anticipated during the next 24 hours with waves peaking near 8.0ft along the eastern coast. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect for above normal seas. Small craft operators and sea-bathers should exercise caution.
Please note that a greater degree of cloudiness, more frequent rainfall, and higher rainfall amounts are normally experienced across the east coast and interior of Dominica.
