Weather Outlook for Dominica and the Lesser Antilles

A high-pressure system is expected to result in breezy conditions across the Lesser Antilles during the next 24 hours. Low-level moisture within the wind flow is expected to produce some cloudiness with scattered showers over the islands, mainly during the overnight to morning periods.
Moderate to rough seas are anticipated during the next 12 to 24 hours with waves peaking near 10.0ft today and decreasing to 8.0ft tonight. A Small Craft Warning and a High Surf Advisory are in effect for above normal swells along the north through the eastern coastline. Small craft operators are advised to exercise extreme caution. Sea-bathers should stay out of the water.
