A high-pressure system is dominant over most of the Lesser Antilles including Dominica resulting in breezy conditions. Low-level moisture within a north-easterly wind flow is likely to produce periods of cloudiness with some scattered showers across the area, during the next 24 to 48 hours. Â
Moderate to rough seas are anticipated during the next 24 hours with waves peaking near 10ft, along the north through the eastern coastline. A Small Craft Warning is in effect for above-normal seas. Small craft operators and sea-bathers should stay out of the water.
