Surface high pressure is expected to remain the dominant feature across the area during the next 24 hours. Light winds and daytime heating could result in brief showers, particularly during the afternoon and overnight.
The interaction between a tropical wave and a trough system is projected to generate a gradual increase in cloudiness and showers on Wednesday, with possible thunderstorms on Thursday.
Slight seas are anticipated during the next 24 hours with waves peaking to less than 5.0ft along the eastern coast.
