Weak low-level instability is expected to produce periods of cloudiness with a few showers across the island during the next 24 hours. On Friday, a trough system is likely to produce an increase in cloudiness with a chance of thunderstorm activity across the area.
Additionally, a dust plume is expected to reduce visibility and air quality into Saturday. People with respiratory sensitivities should take precautions to avoid complications.
Moderate seas are anticipated during the next 24 hours with waves peaking at 7.0ft along the eastern coast.Â
