A high-pressure system will be dominant across the island resulting in breezy conditions during the next 24 hours. Occasional cloudiness with a few showers can be expected mainly during the overnight to morning period.
Moderate seas are anticipated during the next 24 hours with waves peaking to 8.0ft on the eastern coast. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect. Small craft operators and sea bathers, particularly on the eastern coast, are advised to exercise caution.
Please note that a greater degree of cloudiness, more frequent rainfall, and higher rainfall amounts are normally experienced across the east coast and interior of Dominica.
