ROSEAU, Dominica (October 17, 2023) – Flow Dominica rolled out its latest innovation on Friday with the launch of ‘Store on Wheels’. This new initiative is being touted as part of the company’s revolutionizing of its customer retail experience.
The Store on Wheels, the first of its kind within the telecommunications space in Dominica, is equipped to provide all the great products and services available at the Flow Experience Center, the company’s main flagship location.
Some of the transactions accessible via the Store on Wheels include:
- Bill Payment via credit and debit card
- Billing and service queries
- New Sales, upgrades to existing accounts
- Product Information
- Equipment Exchange
The full-service S-O-W experience will allow customers to purchase the latest smartphones, sign up for a new service, log a fault, pay their bill, or simply make an inquiry.
