NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS AND OTHER CREDITORS
To insurance claimants
We are in the process of examining the claims on hand to determine their authenticity.
We expect to conclude this process shortly, after which, we will invite you, by public notice, to view our findings to ascertain that they correspond with yours.
If, however, you know that you have not as yet submitted a claim, we urge you to do so at your earliest convenience by following the instructions contained hereunder.
You will be required to do so, in writing, by providing the following information –
- Name, address and telephone # of insured
- Policy #
- Name, address,telephone # and email address of claimant
- Nature of claim – Fire and other perils/ Catastrophe/ Motor vehicle
- Date of incident
- Amount claimed
- Data supporting the claim
And mailing to:

Or by depositing at a Drop box at the Company office placed there for your convenience.
All claims received in this manner will be acknowledged in due course by the Liquidator and his staff will contact you to obtain further pertinent information.
To other creditors
Notwithstanding the fact that you may have submitted an invoice to the Company, you are now required to submit a claim providing a copy of the invoice previously submitted, along with evidence that the good/service was satisfactorily delivered to the Company.
Your claim is to be submitted in the same manner as noted above.
