The southern community of Grand Bay has yet again been plunged into mourning at the news of the shooting death of yet another man in the community was revealed.
Police have confirmed the shooting death of Elroy Blanc aged 28 years old on the evening of September 11, 2023.
According to information from police, on the evening of September 11, 2023, at about 9:30 p.m., Blanc sustained a gunshot wound to the back of his head at Meeting Stone in Grand Bay.
Upon discovery of his body, the police were summoned and the 28-year-old was subsequently pronounced dead on the scene by medical personnel.
