The rank and file of the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force ( CDPF) is in mourning, following the death of Constable Julian Francis of Delices.
Another to reports reaching Nature Isle News (NIN) Constable Francis J has been ill for some time now and died earlier today.
Speaking to NIN in an exclusive interview, Chairman of the Police Welfare Association (PWA) Corporal Jefferson Drigo in expressing condolences to the family and colleagues called on them to “put their trust in the Lord at this time of grief.”
I wish on behalf of the Executive of the PWA express our profound sympathies to the family and colleagues of Constable Francis J, he has been ill for some time now and we grieve with them at their loss,” Corporal Drigo stated.
Constable Francis J he said, served as a police officer with “pride and distinction” and was very committed and dedicated in his work.
“We ask you to take courage in the Lord and he will see you through, you can be assured that we are praying for the entire family, May his Soul rest in peace,” Drigo stated.
