On Monday, September 25, 2023, at about 7:40 a.m., the police reported the recovery of the body of an unidentified male individual at the presbytery of the Roman Catholic Church in Roseau.
The church is under renovation and is located on Virgin Lane in Roseau.
According to police Inspector Fixton Henderson, the body was “at an advanced stage of decomposition.”
“The body is being kept at a funeral home pending an autopsy while the police continue investigations into the matter.”
