A man from the South of the island has been arrested and charged for “indecent assault and unlawful sexual connection on a 7-year-old girl.”
He appeared before the magistrate’s court in Roseau on August 15, 2022, where the charges were read to him. He is unrepresented and was not required to enter a plea since the matter is of an indictable nature, and must be tried before a judge and jury.
The incident occurred earlier this month. He told the court that he does not have anyone to bail him. The Magistrate remanded him at the Stock Farm Prison and called on the prosecution to “expedient the matter since the young children are suffering.”
Nature Isle News (NIN) understands that more sexually charged will be preferred against the man for indecent assault and unlawful sexual connection on a 9-year-old and also another 7-year-old female from the same community on the south of the island.
Under the Sexually Offences Act, we cannot give the name of the individual or the village that he is from. The matter has been adjourned to November 2022.
That man needs to spend the rest of his life in prison or have his unmanly pedophile muscle cut off, before he’s out again!
Throw him in the center of the boiling lake!!!
