A high-pressure system is dominant across the area. A dry and stable atmosphere is expected to limit significant shower activity over Dominica during the next 24 hours. Relatively light winds will be maintained.
Slight to moderate seas are anticipated during the next 24 hours, with swells peaking near 7.0ft, along the eastern coastline. A High Surf Advisory remains in effect for above-normal seas, in Dominica coastal waters. Small-craft operators should exercise caution. Sea-bathers should stay away from the water. People living or traveling along the coast should be vigilant.
