The recently elected President of the Dominica Cricket Association (DCA) Clement Marcellin has been elected as the vice President of the Windwards Cricket Inc. That election took place in Grenada last evening.
As a result of that election, Marcellin was appointed as a Director of Cricket West Indies (CWI). Speaking to Nature Isle News (NIN) Marcellin expressed his joy at being appointed to these two top cricketing boards and vows to continue to be a voice for cricket in Dominica and the region.
