A La-Plaine man has been arrested and charged with the murder of Kendell Severin. Moses Nicholas Sorhaindo appeared before Magistrate Michael Laudat where the charge was read to him.
He was not required to enter a plea since murder is an indictable offense and must be tried at the High Court before a Judge and jury.
The facts are that between June 3 & 18 he murdered Kendrell Severin contrary to law.
The matter has been adjourned to October 3, 2023, in La Plaine.
