After much anxiety and condensed exams Grade 6 students from around the island will know their fate soon.
The Ministry of Education has revealed that the results of the 2020 Grade Six National Assessment exams will be released on Monday, 20th July 2020 from 9:00 am.
The much anticipated results are being released a mere 13 days after the exams were written by a total of 852 students.
The results of the exams will be a determining factor in school selection for many students.
The exams which were written on 7th July 2020 saw students writing papers in Language Arts, Mathematics and General Paper, as compared to the four papers written in previous years.
The MoE was forced to scale down the exams because of COVID-19. The exams were originally scheduled to be written on 28th and 29th May 2019. Students were then expected to write four papers over a two-day period.
