A high-pressure system is expected to rebuild across the area today. Low-level moisture within the wind flow could generate periods of cloudiness with scattered showers over Dominica during the next 24 hours.
Moderate seas are anticipated, with wave heights up to 8.0ft along the eastern coast today, decreasing to 7.0ft overnight. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect for above-normal seas. Small craft operators should exercise caution. Sea-bathers should stay out of the water.
