A trough system is expected to affect the area during the next 24 to 48 hours. This will result in generally cloudy and breezy conditions, with showers that could be moderate at times and a chance of isolated thunderstorms. On Tuesday, further deterioration in conditions is expected, particularly over the southern portion of the Lesser Antilles. People in areas prone to flooding, landslides, and falling rocks particularly in eastern communities should be vigilant.

Moderate to rough seas are anticipated during the next 48 hours, with waves peaking to 10ft along the eastern coast. A Small Craft Warning is in effect. Small craft operators and sea-bathers should stay out of the water.
