Six former Monarchs are among twenty calypsonians who have secured a spot in the Calypso Semi-Finals, to be held on February 15, 2025, at the Windsor Park Forecourt.
The Quarter-Finals took place on February 1, 2025, at the same venue and many braved the heavy rains to see the artists perform until the early morning hours.
The six former Monarchs are De Bobb, Karessah, Jaydee, Observer, Daddy Chess, and Tasha P.
From that list, nine will be chosen on the night of the Semi-Finals to meet reigning Calypso Monarch King Dice.
