Management and staff of the Dominica Electricity Company Ltd (DOMLEC) ensured that its former staff the late Mervin Durand who died at the age of 62 after serving the company for over three decades got an “electrifying send-off.
Durand, also a former Dominica and Windwards all-rounder is best remembered for his stunning 7/15 haul for the Windwards against the touring English men in St. Lucia.
