Central Cooperative Credit Union LTD Dublanc FC notched up yet another victory in the 2020 Dominica Football Association Division One League. Playing in front of their home crowd at the Almond Park on Wednesday evening, the home club secured a one-goal margin of victory over their opponents.
Jevon Ambo was on target on two occasions in the three goals to two win over South East FC in the Group 2 encounter. Savio Anselm scored the other goal for Dublanc FC.
For South East FC, Adriel Lawrence and Ahem Graham scored one goal each.
In another match up last evening at the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth, Belfast Estate Mahaut Soca Strikers FC, and Middleham United FC played to a one-all stalemate.
In the Group One fixture, Francis Luke gave his club the half time advantage when he converted in the 32nd minute of play. With ten minutes left in regulation time, Kemon Jno Baptiste brought the game level when he made no mistake from the penalty spot in the 80th minute of play.
When the action continues on Thursday evening, it will be the battle of the struggling clubs when Kensborough United takes on Exodus FC in a Group One encounter. The game will kick off at 6 pm at the Almond Park in Dublanc.
