Police in Dominica says that they are making steady progress in solving the mysterious death of a French national in Portsmouth last week.
Police Public Relations Officer (PRO), ASP (Ag) Simon Edwards, revealed, that Mireille Emy Pradon, a 70-year-old female French national living at Grange, Portsmouth was found lying on her back in her bedroom in an unresponsive state about 7:10 p.m. on Monday 18, 2020.
The police responded and the district doctor was summoned to the scene. The body was examined and officially pronounced dead.
A well-placed police source told Nature Isle News (NIN) that the investigations of the police are “making steady progress and an arrest is imminent.”
“The police are very thorough in their investigations and I am very happy as to the ways things are progressing at this time, it was a gruesome murder,” revealed a police source.
